Team Starfish began as a story, a reminder that even if we can’t change the world for everyone, we can change it for someone. Somewhere along the way, that story became a movement.
We are colleagues, friends, and kindred spirits: a community of educators, safeguarders, and dreamers who believe that care is powerful, connection is transformative, and belonging is where real change begins.

Our Why
